Quote the full text of the message you are responding to, Paula, and someone
might. Otherwise, the vast majority will have no idea of what you are
referring to.

The forum you are posting to actually just slurps posts from Microsoft's
newsserver farm. Those trying to help use newsreaders, and do not (for the
most part) cache all the old posts, or the readers database would become
unwieldy.
