After installing Penpower writing pad software, a message pop up "a tablet was not detected and a preference file was not found. To locate a tablet and establish preference, pls indicate what type of interface your tablet was". So I uninstalled the software and reinstalled again. But it didn't work. I got some advices that I was stuck at there and need to go the control panel - device manger to check. I found some "!" sign at there and I don't know the meaning. How can I solve this problem? My writing pad is WACOM model FT-0405-U02. How can I make it connect with my PC? Please help.
