type regedit in start/run
and remove this entry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\loginkey

delete the dll
to get rid of keyboardsurrogate at startup
