Generally, the addresses should've disappeared from the device when you
deleted the partnership with Exchange.

If they're still on the device, they should copy to Outlook on your home PC
if you elect to "combine" the items rather than "replace" at first sync.

To be safe, however, I'd download the free PIM Backup software from
dotfred.net and backup your addresses before that first sync.
