| The 1 GB SD card in my iPAQ 2210 occasionally gets accidentally
| ejected. Normally I just replace it and re-start, or reset, with no
| subsequent problem. But today, while using my PPC on a walk to record
| a GPS track, the SD card got ejected but this time it somehow lost all
| its files. Luckily I have a fairly recent backup on my PC, so it's not
| a disaster, but I'm curious to know if that's ever happened to anyone
| else please?

this is some of my collection of good data recovery programs, these will
probably do the trick (most are freeware but if it takes a paid program to
do it.. )

sometimes a few tools will get a lot more off than one, and it's a case of
persevering - some take effing *ages* though :/
good luck :)
