I don't think there is anything wrong with your Flash Player, I think there
is a problem on their server. I can't get the .flv file to load here using
IE6, IE7, or Firefox with Flash Player 10 installed.

Here's what their support site says about viewing their videos:

Alternately, you can download the video file(about 14.5 megs) to your
desktop by using the following link:

http://www.bigtickettowealth.com/video/bttw-intro.flv

To view the .flv file once it's downloaded to your desktop, you will need a
FLV viewer to view the video. There are freeware .flv viewers, google for
one. Or, you can't download and install "IrfanView"(also freeware) which
now has the ability to view .flv files:
