Office XP SP3 is already installed, otherwise KB921596 wouldn't have
installed.

If you open
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and you're taken to a
*Windows* Update page, you can make *Microsoft* Update your default by
clicking on the link at bottom right ("Upgrade to Microsoft Update"). After
doing so, Automatic Updates will offer updates for Windows, Office, and most
Windows Live applications.
If AVG v8.0.138 hasn't already downloaded the most recent definitions update
(Virus DB 20.6.4/1616), update manually to resolve the "a .bin file is
missing" error.
