Hello Robear,
Thank you for providing the valuable link for the AVG problem. I tried
to find an answer to this myself but was unable to do so.
I didn't realize there was a Windows XP SP3 and an Office XP SP3, how
do I upgrade to Office XP SP3 or do I need to do so since the problem
was resolved?
