Thanks All for replying. In answer to Shane's & Rick's question/solution:

1. I log on as an Administrator all the time and I've tried all the options
to repair it but it didn't work
2. Did that with the Office CD as well and it didn't seem to update properly

Anyhow, I'll give Cary's sugestion a bash and will let you know if it works
