If you have Word/Office, there is an Add-on to change PDF files into Word
DOC(X) files from Nuance/ScanSoft. It's call Scan Soft PDF Converter to
Microsoft Word. It looks like it was bought out by this company. Mine came
with Omni Page 14. Here's a web site:
