Nonny gave you a link to a utility which may do what you want. I'm going to
look into the Crystal Ball(tm) and guess that what you *really* want to do
is edit a .pdf file and you don't want to buy Acrobat Standard. Therefore
you think if you can open this file in Word or the like, you'll be able to
do that.

I don't know if the utility will work for you - it's certainly worth a try -
but you might want to try the free PDF Creator (Google for it) if you are
really looking for an application that will let you create/edit .pdf files
and don't want to spend $300.

So now you have a couple of avenues to try and have also learned why giving
lots of information in your first post is the way to go instead of making
people who want to help you guess.
