Help needed please. I can not open email attachments of any kind or download
any files. This was fine up unitl about 2 weeks ago. All ive done is
download windows updates.

I am running a new advent laptop with vista

I have just finished avg trial version and wanted to download full version
but unable to.

It does the process of downloading but does not save.

I have unchecked the box in mail to allow for all attachments but still not
working. I get no error messages

please help
