Hi,
AutoFill is a feature of the Google toolbar- AutoComplete is the Internet
Explorer feature. From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable any Google add-ons
(there may be several.) Close/re-open IE. Any change in AutoComplete
behavior?
Does AutoComplete work if you start IE with all add-ons disabled?
Start IE without add-ons from:
Right-click the IE icon on the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons.
or
Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
Next, in Internet Options> Content> AutoComplete, uncheck all AutoComplete
options. Click on "Delete AutoComplete history. Close/re-open IE and
re-enable all options.
Also, from Start> Run, type in gpedit.msc. Does Policy Editor open?
Try steps 1 & 2 at

Hope this helps,
