Many people felt this way about XP also, time changed them.

What you might want to consider is the reason for Vista, at least my
take on the reason for it.

In the Windows ME days, ME required more hardware, more everything, and
it was a problem OS, worse than Vista by far, but, it had one impact -
it caused people to BUY MORE HARDWARE, faster hardware, better video
cards, etc...

Vista is the same tool in my view, it really needs about 2 times the CPU
as XP does, at least 4 times the memory, and it really needs a 512MB
Video card to be very happy.

So, people will buy vista upgrades, then my new computers or faster
parts, and they will have it running smoothly - then the next OS will
come out that will offer the real benefits and features, like XP did.
