Aha! I do not have a ShellIcons entry! I have Shell Folders,
ShellExecuteHooks, and ShellServiceObjects, but no ShellIcons.
(Note: Under ShellServiceObjects, there are 12 keys listed as Hex strings.)
I searched the Registry, and came up empty; no ShellIcons entries at all.
