The Genuine and Valid product key comes from the person actually 'buying' a
copy of Windows Vista, not from borrowing yours. You are in breach of your
licence agreement if you are letting other people use your own product key.
As for activation all that the person who has your key will get is 'product
key already in use' You are not helping anyone by suggesting you can supply
them with a key, you are only causing them more trouble.
