Lora J. Heiny is a technology enthusiast working in Redmond Washington and constantly traveling to Arizona where her dog waits patiently.

If you do not know Lora then you do not know or understand the Tablet PC and UMPC community. Lora is not just "the person behind the annual gatherings" - she is the biggest supporter of digital ink. Lora is the reason Loren writes software for the Tablet PC and UMPC. She is the reason I even touched a slate years ago. She's been the person to always say - "think Ink." Oh - and I have to mention Lora's attempts to draw.
A former owner of a technology company, Lora's understanding of technology comes from One motto: Do it right and be proud. OK. I made that motto up but Lora lives that motto. She wont get involved unless it's done to help someone: people first, money second. We all wish she'd blog more than once and awhile.
For the past few weeks, Lora has been traveling back East. She graciously agreed to take her niece to different colleges and universities. The photo is Lora standing in front of Einstein's home.
Happy Birthday Lora!
P.S. Sorry guys. She's taken. Her heart belongs to a 105 pound mutt who follows her every word. "Sing AJ Sing."
AJ: Happy Burf Day to u, Haooy burf day to u. Happy burfday - my dog bowl's empty - Lora. Happy Burf day to you. Scratch my belly now.
