The custom search code is working. You may search the site using the custom search box in the upper right hand corner. Unfortunately, the links are not all correct because of the change in forum structure.
Simply add /technology after the domain name and in front of the story URL and you will be able to find the thread.
Google continues to search the site and the links will eventually be fixed.
